CBS Series, “NCIS: Los Angeles” Episode on Microwave Weapons Being Used to Harm Employees

By B.N. Frank

Earlier this week, popular long-running series, NCIS:  Los Angeles featured an episode called The Sound of Silence”

After the chief of logistics for a naval weapons station collapses on the job, the NCIS team must determine if this is a terror threat or a stress-induced breakdown. Also, Kensi and Deeks research different honeymoon locations.

Characters reference the ongoing media coverage of microwave weapons being suspected of harming U.S. employees at the Cuban Embassy.  Microwave weapons are nothing new.  During the 1950s, the Russians aimed microwave weapons at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. This is often referred to as the “Microwaving of the Moscow Embassy.”

Microwave Sickness” is commonly mistaken for other illnesses.  Exposure to microwave (aka wireless or WiFi) radiation and other sources of “Electrosmog” can cause a variety of symptoms and conditions – whether it’s directed or not.

It sometimes resembles “The Flu.” Many experts strongly recommend eliminating or at least reducing exposure – especially to children and pregnant women.  Despite all of this, some health care professionals continue to ignore and/or dismiss its potential to harm patients including animals.

Wireless implants are also dangerous as they are constantly emitting radiation AND they are susceptible to hacking.  In 2004, former Vice President, Dick Cheney, had the wireless turned off on his pacemaker because he was afraid someone would try to kill him by hacking into it.

Insurance companies have refused to cover wireless radiation exposure risk for many years now.  Residents of Gateshead, England became sick after 5G wireless was installed in street lights and eventually council members were held liable.  Despite this and plenty of research that has already proven harm from exposure, there are still campaigns being promoted (including the “Race for 5G”) to install more microwave radiation emitting devices and infrastructure in the U.S., around the world, and in outer space.

Proponents insist that installing harmful technology is what’s best for humankind and the environment.  Of course, they are also being paid to do so

Hypnosis, truth drugs and remote-operated dogs: Declassified papers on CIA’s ‘mind control’ research: New October 2018

Hypnosis, truth drugs and remote-operated dogs: Declassified papers on CIA’s ‘mind control’ research

A renowned government secret hunter has published new documents detailing the CIA’s Cold War “behavioral modification” experiments (ranging from the bizarre to the stomach-churning), released under the Freedom of Information Act.

The documents were published by “The Black Vault”, a site which has published enough government documents on the paranormal, UFOs and government mind control experiments to provide material for a dozen new seasons of The X-Files. While the site might sound like a fringe web-community indulging in paranoid cliches, it is also the largest repository of its kind aside from the US government with over 2,000,000 pages of information. The 800 pages of classified information published in November had been withheld from previously released documents that were made public through FOIA requests in 2004 and 2016.

The newest documents, if verified, showcase some unprecedented disturbing outcomes of the CIA’s attempts to develop mind control techniques and truth serums as a part of its “MKultra” project, which the agency admitted to having secretly run until 1973. The releases include documents on a “successful” effort to create 6 dogs that could be “operated” to complete basic commands by remote control in the late 1960s. There are even diagrams of the surgical implants that employed “Electrical Stimulation of the Brain” to create controlled responses.

Other documents are almost suspiciously self-implicating, such as one from 1956 where the writer states that behavioral modification experiments that would normally be considered “too dangerous, too shocking, too unusual for routine testing would be of interest to us.” One document which would fit right into this description is a plan to test experimental drugs intended to induce compliance and passivity on inmates in prison hospitals, and then conduct “interrogations”.

What might be meant by “interrogations”is also explained in the declassified information: suggesting the aid of “physical”, “psychological” and “mechanical” torture to induce compliance in “uncooperative individual[s]”.

Some of the experiments conducted veer pretty far afield from the strictly scientific, even in its grotesque Frankenstein form. For instance, the prospect of the military application of hypnosis seems to have been a priority for some people working on the project.

The site’s founder, 37-year-old John Greenewald Jr., has been painstakingly obtaining and cataloging the documents, primarily obtained from the government through the Freedom of Information Act, for over 20 years, alongside producing TV shows on the paranormal.

Man Said Who Killed Officer Said He Was Hit By Ultrasonic Waves

DAVIS, Calif. — The man who shot and killed a rookie California police officer left a letter on the bed in the home where he lived claiming police bombarded him with ultrasonic waves, officials said.

Police in the college town of Davis near Sacramento on Saturday made public the one-paragraph letter they said was written by Kevin Douglas Limbaugh, 48. He killed himself Thursday after fatally shooting Officer Natalie Corona.

Police spokesman Lt. Paul Doroshov said the paper was found face up on the gunman’s bed.

“The Davis Police department has been hitting me with ultra sonic (sic) waves meant to keep dogs from barking,” the letter said. “I notified the press, internal affairs, and even the FBI about it. I am highly sensitive to its affect (sic) on my inner ear. I did my best to appease them, but they have continued for years and I can’t live this way anymore.”

The handwritten note was signed “Citizen Kevin Limbaugh.” Also recovered as evidence from the man’s home were two unregistered guns.

Davis police did not immediately respond Sunday to a telephone message seeking comment on whether Limbaugh had reported his claims to officials.

Investigators have not identified a motive for the ambush shooting of the 22-year-old officer as she investigated a car accident.

The Sacramento Bee reported that court documents show Limbaugh was charged and convicted in a battery case last fall, and he agreed in November to surrender the weapon.

The case stemmed from Limbaugh getting arrested in September for assaulting someone at Cache Creek Casino, Yolo County Sheriff’s Sgt. Matthew Davis said.

Authorities have not determined where Limbaugh obtained the two semi-automatic handguns he was believed to have used in the Thursday night attack that killed Corona.

Police said a gunman on a bicycle ambushed the officer, shooting her from the shadows as she investigated a car accident, then reloaded and narrowly avoided wounding others before walking home.

At his house a few blocks away, he casually chatted with his roommate as if nothing happened and even went outside to watch as police from around the region began rushing to the shooting scene, Davis Police Chief Darren Pytel said Friday.

The gunman left behind a backpack that helped police track him to the house. The chief said as police began to surround it, he stepped outside wearing a bulletproof vest.

“He shouted some stuff, went back in and came back out with a firearm, then went back inside, pushed a couch in front of the door and officers heard a gunshot,” Pytel said.

Police eventually sent a robotic camera in and found the gunman had shot himself in the head.

Police found the handguns in the home.

The shooting devastated the Davis Police Department, which has about 60 sworn officers and about 30 other employees.

Corona was the first officer in the department to die in the line of duty since 1959. She had only been patrolling solo for about two weeks, the chief said.

A candlelight vigil for the slain officer was held.

Debbie claims she’s being stalked by “electronic harassers” who are projecting holograms through her optic nerve to make her see aliens and alien-animal hybrids. s
.
“My wife is paranoid,” claims Debbie’s husband, Tony. “She sees something on the internet, and that’s what’s happening to her,” he continues.

Tony says Debbie has pulled live wires out of the electrical panel, covered their windows and doors and herself with blankets and spends hours every day trying to protect their home and herself from the people she claims are targeting her.

“This behavior is destroying our relationship,” says Tony.

Does Dr. Phil have a plan to help?
