6/96-3/97-Stalking, street theater, putting drugs in lunch hall food-Creatine, LSD on base and 29 Palms, CA city fast food restaurants.
7/96-Someone took air out of my tire.
8/96-Someone took my bag on my way home and put it in a top secret place on military base, claiming they moved it there because they thought it was lost and found.
Unkown dates- Red pickup trucks following me everywhere.
Unknown date – Somone putting drugs in a holding cell.

10/97-12/97- Caucasion males(18-25) stalking, street theater, putting LSD in beer in Tiajuana.
Unkown dates-Someone putting sleeping pills and prozac in fast food restaurants.
1/97–Caucasion female, 5 “8” skinny, 20s, said she was into hypnotism. Does handjob while describing us in different fantasy situations. Hallucinating these things on LSD.
4/97 Saw camera flashes from cars driving by outside home on nearby road. Cops driving by nodding head like they knew me.
Unkown dates- People driving next to me, doing street theater.
Unknown date-Robbery of my mother’s purse.
Unknown date-Caucasion male, 6 00, slender, 40s- Seemed to be odd looking, wearing a bow tie, flat Kangol type hat type and suspenders.
Unknown dates- People acting like they were doing the V2K (Satellite perp) seen around the city. This was after so much fighting with them, they wanted me to know everything is going to be okay. They said they worked at a local pysch ward and the police station basement.
Unknown dates-Someone putting Viagra, LSD or PCP in car by smoke. (Believe it may Kia, Renita Jenifer, or Calvin’s people. Some of the effects of the drugs may be the satellite perp)
Unknown date- Customer on ebay bought parabolic ear item from me, didn’t leave feedback and lives in CA.
Unkown date- Talking to woman I met online who has ex-husband that is stalking her, calls himself “Nightman”. Got harsh phonecall to leave her alone.
Unknown date-Got a chat on yahoo from a man in China-said he was hearing voices from another planet.
07/09-Caucasion man on bike, brown jacket, 6 “1”, slender, 40s, said he heard voices from Chicago Cook county jail.
Unkown date- Call from a guy named Dean. Said he was from St. Petersburg, Florida. Said he is higher than all the special operative forces in the US. He is a TI and tired of the targeting and faxes letters to White House. Said he is the head of all the military special forces-not sure. He has been to all the underground bases. He saw radiation experiments on humans and saw aliens. (Said perps have a torture manual)
11/09-my e-mail account hacked, sending out viruses to everyone in my contact list
10/10-Got an e-mail from TI in Maine. Sent pics of her with puffiness around the underside of eyes, said it was from itching.. Right after that I got the same puffines.
12/10 -Caucasion woman wearing black coat, 5”9” kind of thick, 50s. Asked to get a ride to Frederick. Said she had schizoprenia.
6/11-Person who does a lot of the stalking, harassment, etc. on the perp supposedly dies in car accident. Renita Jenifer.
Unknown dates- Happens every now and then. Getting e-mails from people who claim they are TIs.
1/13, riding along, by V2K he was desribing himself- Detective in MCPD starts smiling and soon after a car runs in to a pole. Detective in MCPD said Frederick police planned it so I would be extra careful while out. A little while after, I get in to an accident in where it seemed planned as well. Someone rear ends me after a big red truck is at a stand still in a turn off lane. The guy was a retired military person.
2/13-Girl with red hair, followed me to laundry room twice.

Ex-officer arrested near White House with weapons cache in car, authorities say

A former Tennessee police officer who was arrested outside the White House on Sunday had a cache of weapons in his car and told authorities he came for help removing a chip he thought had been implanted in his head, according to court documents.
Several of the firearms were loaded and some were described as assault-style weapons, including an AR-15 and an AK-47, according to authorities.
A spokesman for the Memphis Police Department said the suspect, Timothy J. Bates, 37, of Collierville, Tenn., had been an officer there for 13 years before leaving in 2013. Court records show he was allowed to retire early because of medical issues.
A D.C. Superior Court judge on Monday ordered Bates detained until a preliminary hearing on Thursday. An arrest affidavit says Bates was committed for mental health issues in February.
Bates is charged with several firearms offenses. His relatives could not be reached. His attorney, Lisbeth Sapirstein, declined to comment.
Authorities said uniformed U.S. Secret Service officers stopped Bates about 7:15 a.m. on Sunday near 17th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue NW after it appeared he was about to urinate in public.
Bates told the officer that he drove through the night from Tennessee and “came to the White House in order to speak with Adm. Mike Rogers and Gen. Jim Mattis for advice on missing paychecks and how to get the dog chip out of my head,” according to the affidavit. Navy Adm. Michael S. Rogers is director of the National Security Agency; Mattis is the secretary of defense.
The arrest affidavit says Bates told the officers that a chip had been implanted while he was on the police force in Memphis and that it was part of a $28.7 million project called “MK Ultra.”
Police said they searched Bates’s silver 2009 Nissan 370Z and found guns, ammunition and other weapons.
The guns, according to the arrest affidavit, include a Bushmaster M-4 semiautomatic rifle along with 90 rounds of ammunition; an AR-47 rifle; a Norinco AK-47 rifle; a .45-caliber Glock pistol; an Intratec Tec-9 pistol with a silencer; a Rossi .357-caliber revolver and a Smith & Wesson .45-caliber handgun. Police said they also recovered a Vulcan V10 .45-caliber firearm, which they said qualifies as a fully operational machine gun.
Authorities said the firearms are illegal in the District. Court papers did not describe any plan to use the weapons.
The affidavit says the Bushmaster and AK-47 rifles were in the car and “within arms reach of the driver.” One was out of its case and on the passenger seat; the other was in a case between the passenger and driver’s seats.
Authorities also said they found a set of brass knuckles, a blackjack and three knives.
