All police depts. have the satellite perp set up that when ever someone thinks I am getting out hand, they send police to take care of the situation. They believe I am emotionally unstable. They illegally interrogate and investigate me all the time. They called the satellite perp “The Mic”, “The Network”or “The Punks”. They kind of want you to go with them because they are cops and they think know better. They illegally investigate things by seeing through my eyes with remote viewing.

DCPD-Describes themselves as a middle aged black, medium to obese build. Sits at a desk. Detective is slender, sits at desk, 40s-50s.

BY v2k- DCPD said they are going to follow the perp’s program and I will always be monitored. Said I am suicidal, maybe schizophrenic, and emotional unstable. By v2k-DCPD said they had prostitutes for me because from what the perp was telling them about me being with prostitutes when I was in the Marine Corp.

Walked down M St. SW, I noticed DCPD was combing the area with several cars. By v2k-DCPD said they wanted to scare me that the neighborhood was bad.

A mechanic used to walk around the office I worked at. By v2k-said he is an undercover detective. Recently he said it was to just scare people and he was working with a detective.

Saw a DCPD cop slam a guy into his car. By v2k-DCPD said it was to scare me that DCPD is bad.

Got robbed on 4^th and Rhode Island in an apartment building. By v2k-DCPD said it was teach me a lesson to stop messing with prostitutes.

Got robbed near 8^thSE, by v2k-DCPD said it was scare me that the neighborhood is bad.

By v2k-DCPD said they tapped the phone, put a tracer on my car, and put  a bug in the house when I moved to T St. NE.

DCPD has put sleeping pills, prozac. Sometimes ecstasy and a love drug Top Gun. Sometimes LSD or PCP is put in me. Couple of times they put something that completely wipes out your testosterone. By v2k –DCPD said that some drugs were the satellite perps and they are just teaching me a lesson that people can put drugs in me. I believe that some of the drugs were the satellite perp.

DCPD has sent nightmares to me. One time I woke up and heard a match striking and things moving on shelves.

Put chemical castration in me.

Broke window. By v2k-DCPD said they did it let me know the neighborhood is bad.

Found a dime in car, near seat recliner, by v2k-DCPD said to let me know someone is diming me out if I’m a cop and also letting me know people are watching me.

After 2003, by v2k-DCPD said they are working with informants, gangleaders, and people that can just help with the situation because the perp is known by a lot of people and if there are any problems people can talk things out.

Someone putting Viagra, LSD or PCP in car by smoke or food. (Believe it may Kia’s, Renita Jenifer’s people, Calvin’s people, and the DCPD. Some of the effects of the drugs may be the satellite perp. By v2k- DCPD said they are teaching me a lesson to try to be more careful. I believe some of the drugs were the satellite perp.

FCPD- has only desribed them as an kind of fat, older bald guy I saw driving by my apartment complex. BY v2k they said they know of the situation.

2/8-2/12-Frederick police admits by V2K that there are real perps watching me in Frederick. Admitted to OS incidents in PA about gas cap hanging out out. Admits to people driving close next to me doing street theater

Noticed a car drive into a telephone pole. Frederick police planned it so I would be extra careful out. A little while after, I get in to an accident in where it seemed planned as well. Someone rear ends me after a big red truck is at a stand still in a turn off lane. The guy was a retired military person.

Baltimore PD- By v2k- BPD said they of the situation. By v2k-BPD said they had prostitutes for me because from what the perp was telling them about me being with prostitutes when I was in the Marine Corp.

Fairfax PD-BY v2k-said they know of the situation.

Montgomery County PD-Usually desribes themselves as a middle aged white male, medium build in a cop car or a detective sitting in a chair with his legs crossed.

By v2k-MCPD said people at 29Palms Marine Corp base might be  terrorist and I should watch my back. Also told people to move to the perimeters of where ever I was at if they saw something suspicious around me. Told people to watch to see if bonbs are being concealed in places.

By v2k-MCPD said there is a bug in the house.

By v2k-Perps said they know judges and entire police dept in Montgomery County.

By V2K, was told MCPD knew of me when I was in 29 Palms, CA.

MCPD sent a nightmare, two polar bears running after me to symbolize them if I were to try to mess around with white girls that they were going to come after me.

Noticed smelling sauce in my room, used to keep me up all night.

Started noticing that someone was putting prozac and relaxants in me. By v2k –MCPD said it was to teach me lesson to not eat out all the time, someone might poison me. They thought the perp was making me a target. Some of the effects of the drugs may be the satellite perp. I believe some of the drugs were the satellite perp.

Was pulled over of West Deer Park, officer looked around in car, searched glove compartment, told me to get out of car. Said he was looking for weed. Made it seem like he knew me as well.

Was fired from Jerry’s Sub shop. By v2k. Said in case I really got fired because because of the perp from my emotional instability from what they thought.

Was failed in a MC college class. By v2k-MCPD said I didn’t need school because of my emotional instability from what they thought.

As I was walking up the stairs to deliver a pizza at a  Red Roof Inn Motel, group of teenagers were doing street theater and yelling stuff of how I might get robbed, I got robbed.

By v2k-MCPD told me I am never going to be working anywhere without being highly monitored. Employment has been a problem.

West Virginia Police Department

Describes himself as a middle aged Caucasion male, slender- sitting in chair. (He is Grand Puba in Black Knights or something) Sometimes they are in a police car talking. Friend of David Duke.

Telling me how I might get robbed while at Charles town Casino by V2K. Tells me about how I might get pickpocketed. Lots of WVPD are KKK. Most a rapists. (West Virginia have highest rape ratio among cops). He is also involved in heroin dealing.(Charlestown is a world U.S. capitol for heroin dealing).

Constant yelling and electronic harrasment. Believes I owe people and cops for helping out with my targeting.

Put a horse steroid in food.

Shoots strong headaches with satellite microwave.

New York Police Department

Describes himself as a Caucasion male, 40s, 50s. Seems shorter than average height.  Usually standing in street. Detective, medium build is standing as well.

Yelling, arguing about how he hates when the satellite perp sounds like everything is ok. Doesn’t like the “The Mic”, “The Perps”, “The Punks” V2K program. Believes I am everybody’s problem.

Headaches, making bowel movements, electronic harrasment, body manipulation-fingers, jaw, head, arm dream manipulation, etc.
